      - Your experience would have some learning curve if you are not yet good at your skills. But again learning would depend on your project tasks, technology stack in use and your interest in learning new technologies. - At the Greater Noida campus, you will see a a healthy & lively environment with good transport, good food and positive vibes. - Colleagues are helpful and most of the managers are humane and good people. - Lot of training support if you like to learn from trainings. - If you like working in travel domain vertical, this is the place for you. - There are chances of client-side onsite opportunities if you stay long enough and ready to find the opportunity & wait for the right time.

      Cons

      - If you want to grow financially every year, this is not the place for you. You will see that growth obviously & only when you get promoted. - If you are great at your skills, this is not the place for you. Go for more challenging places which are meant for you. - Since it is a company with typical service based industry culture, you might see a lot of unwanted process friction at times.
