Business Outlook
Pros
Since it's fairly a small company, you get to know everyone. Some of the projects are tiny and requires end to end ownership of Project which makes you feel prouder. Lot of process oriented learnings, elearnings. Reasonable management and they are fairly transparent. Good onsite opportunities and salary isn't bad too.
Cons
Projects in India are mostly Government or APAC projects that aren't thrilling enough to work. Though the company has many offices in India, all the cream and top projects are concentrated only in Delhi. For all the experience they have, they lack a Product. Executive management isn't taking enough risks to invade into different streams.
