Pros
Most of the staff are kind. Lunch time is kinda like family time. Everybody brings something and shares and talks.
Cons
They certainty take their "pound of flesh," overworked and underpaid. Given more responsibility than could be completed by one person in a week. I often had to take work home, and was always on call. It was often difficult for HR to get thongs done quickly.
