1) Very good organization, with good facilities 2) I have seen leaders to lead you, some managers are not only manager they are true leaders. 3) In few projects managers having very good qualities, they care each employee, 4) You can learn a lot, company provides training to employee however due to work priority i never got chance to attend single training even UYS training.

Strong HR policy. Customer oriented approach. Good technical and behavioral trainings. Over all good environment to work. Good work life balance in most of the projects.
