you attend the weekend drives with everything off. lights off in the recruitment hall, a\c off. offered salary- below the level. people in recruitment team are so unprofessional, ridiculous is that they come to your desk standing, looking at the form you are filing after selection, and asking why you are writing this much expected package. ready to argue, that no one can give you this much on your experience. They are not aware of market standard. Finally, don't waste your time with them.
