      8.5 hours office timings while other companies have 9.5 hours office timing. Job Safety.

      Cons

      Weaker onshore-offshore delivery model as compared to peer companies. Policies are not rational, well defined and refined. Lack of employee friendly policies. Poor paymaster. Not much development projects, only support and testing projects. No career path defined for employees. Senior management has been largely shipped from NIIT Ltd.

      good for nothing.if u dont knw something"welcome to niit" they know that there placement papr is public 80% hav there papr easy rounds,no need of technical knowledge, chances for on shore is great for freshers

      your career is in hand of RMG team(placement and resource team) they know nothing. after 3 months of .net trainig u will be assign to java or testing project. no matter how u perform. depends on your luck and mood of rmg
