      Less increments. Role change process is highly non transparent. People behind managers are given preference.

      As an organization, NIIT allows routes and mechanism to follow and create yourself a growth path within the paradigms of Organizational Domain. Long standing partnerships with customers is a yardstick of success and happiness factor (internally with employees and externally with customers)

      At times, one can get stuck in a repetetive work, but if you are up for it, NIIT has people and processes that allow you to refine career path
