Join only if you are based in Delhi and well-connected to a senior manager
Pros
The company gives you pretty good independence to work if: - you are already established in an onsite project - you are billable to customer - you are well-connected to top management in Delhi Nice things happen and everything becomes positive and favorable for employees who are politically well-connected, otherwise life can become unpleasant here - victimization, punishment transfers, lack of training for new skills development and stagnation are the norm for the general masses employed here. The company views them as doing them a great favor by giving out monthly salary.
Cons
Below average HR support, right from recruitment, performance appraisals and till exit, unless you are well-connected to top management. No transport for employees, not much support for housing, except perhaps in Delhi.
