      Employees not taken care of even when company experiences good growth

      Pros

      Many worldwide locations. Low risk of layoffs. Good 401K and medical benefits.

      Cons

      Extremely low salaries and overall compensation. Promises made to employees but never kept. Company mostly running due to loyal old time employees who are not kept happy. Low focus on quality of recruitment. Management has numbers goals, but no focus on employee satisfaction. Lacks diversity among employees.

      1. Low salary hikes. 2. VC is the troublesome things of the CTC, depends on the project of yours. 3. Does not totally concerns with the quality of time it totally relies of the quantity of time given to company.
