      Pros

      It is a good company to work with, Compensation is average as per market standards, Good growth opportunities, Recognition of work done, healthy environment for work.

      Cons

      HR policies not very employee friendly and also the attitude of HR and most of the middle management is unprofessional and not very helpful. policies are there which are never followed. Open door policiy is mostly not followed

      Pros

      You can sit idle for months and get salary. You can go on leave (without even applying) any day anytime if you are not reporting to your manager or if he does not care.

      Cons

      You can be expected to work for 20 hrs a day if by chance you get into a project. You can be asked to quit any day because they don't have projects. Recession is not a reason.

      A Good short term learning experience but not long term unless you want to stop growing in your career

      Pros

      Good Learning ground. Learn to be a multi-tasker & do multiple things which is not your KPA. Have freedom to work as you want to.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic, Things keep moving slowly. Always struggle for resources. High importance given to support functions & policies because of which business suffers. Salary increments (rationalization) primarily happens only when someone resigns & that has become a culture.
