      some very technically strong people in the company, however the management is pathetic

      Cons

      the biggest downside was the senior management - not interested in business, only passing the buck.. the only conscientious person in the company is the AT very political environment they will nickle and dime you to death

      niit technologies is a good brand name and have a reputation in the IT industry and has huge campus and good facilities.

      Cons

      Growth opportunities are very less, salary is very less as compare to the market, annual apparisal increment is verrrrrrry less.

      Good management. Managers are competent and supportive. Ample training opportunities provided. work, personal life balance is good Good Brand name. Employee support operations (HR, Finance ) are excellent.
