Pros
You get to work long hours :(... the only reason which comes to my mind is working at the clients location and enjoy their work culture. I joined NIIT as I was provided with an opportunity to go "On Site" and work. Apart for that there is nothing to boast about. Rest is business as usual.
Cons
You are working for NIIT :|... did I already say that. Management gets all the credit, employee the boot and pay cuts in the name of performance, when the management is to be blamed.
