Cons

HR are not helpful when it comes to clear your queries or need support. Get ready for over workload Team support won't be there, faced team politics. Hire and Fire policy, I guess that's why they have lots of job openings all the time. Mostly, 5 days working and they don't trust employees working from home.

Flexible working hours. Campus is good.

Cons

No hikes to most of the employees for more than 2 years. No motivation for employees even you receives good feedbacks from clients. You will only get 30-35 % of Variable pay even you get good ratings. Not getting reasonable justification from upper management for no pay hike or pay cut.
