Only VP relatives are good rest all are worst according to the management. No many projects just show off company they hire and put you on bench hoping for projects

You will get good hike when you will be fresher and on promotion with in 2 yrs.

Cons

Salary hike is null . This year they gave 0-2%hike. Dramatic in giving promotion even if eligible. Their process to give promotion is totally irrational.
