      Coworkers are awesome! Super team oriented Used to be remote - now in office

      Bad leadership Pay is given in 0.10-0.50 cents, and only if you adhere to "90% of your schedule", and pretty much anything is counted against you. If you have any exceptions, everything is on the agent to email. Theres a lot of redundancy and the Team Leads don't really pay attention, or care. Returned to office for no reason Laptops freeze on pretty much all their software, unless you were given a new one "Mandatory" volunteering to work special holidays as all desks are 24/7
