Pros
This is a great company that actually cares about their employees. They understand that talent is a huge requirement to keep their clients. I know this because they're actively working on adding benefits that convince employees to stay with the company. Other companies show their "appreciation" by giving their employees useless swag. This company gives employees Nintendo Switch Lites and Oculus Quest 2 for Christmas! On top of a $1000 bonus! Furthermore, the company truly nails an authentic work-life balance.
Cons
You will need to work with the Pega Platform. The company is seeking to expand outside of it but pretty much every employee will be competing to get those different positions.
