At this time of COVID crisis, support employees are being called to office and development employees are working from home even when more than 5000 cases in day are coming up in India. Total biasing on the safety of employees and also compromising health. At this time when government has asked not cut salaries, the company is cutting salaries of 10% or more as per band for three months to compensate their revenue loss. When company is going through losses why an employee should suffer when they do not get anything at times of profits. Worst management seen in any organisation.
