No work life balance, very less increment as compared to market, Performance appraisal not fair, onsite opportunity half fair, 10 % VC

No room to grow, big racial undertones. Only like 2 blacks working in Atlanta office. No mexicans or asians either. No diversity you're either white or Indian. Everyone has their nose tooted up, high horse attitudes. No advancement, if any it takes ages. Their business ethics and practices are super dated, everything is old. Poor management, managers have no relevant experience. A game of ping pong is more important than hardworking employees. BELOW average pay. Only come here if desperate for a job or in between jobs. Careers come here to die. Very stagnant company.
