      Less number of projects. Notice period of 3 months different salary hikes for same Business unit.

      They give you a joining bonus.

      Cons

      This company is one of the worst company to work in. There expectation's are totally different than the ask. They neither focus on L&D. Very unorganised. No job security you can be asked to leave anytime. The Joining bonus that is offered has a clause where in you not get it until 3 months of Joining. The management is crap. The HR Department is not supportive. There is no team outings or Team bonding activities. There insurance plan is crap and is a part of your salary. No carrer opportunites within the company. Restricted growth. If you want to ruin your career this the best place,
