This organisation is last organisation I’d ever suggest to anyone looking for a switch. I’ve been working here since 3 years. Over last 2 years, the variable component payouts have run down to peanuts and reason mentioned as company hasn’t performed well while stock value has been sky rocketing. There are no hikes and hike letter have been delayed by quarter and 2 quarters in last 2 years. Even they shouldn’t be mentioned as hike letters rather same offer letter with date change. When asked about update, you’re being threatened of being fired. There’s no project in pipeline. Existing ones are soon to be over. Just by acquiring other organisation, they’re trying to survive with no proper future.
