      Pros

      With respect, to campus and environment it's a good company but for growth and stability it lacks and it will always lack untill it decides to change it's management.

      Cons

      1) Management of NIIT is very poor. 2) I am aligned to a team in Kolkata and managers think they have owned me Or owned the company, someone please inform higher management to review their next level manager and senior managers. 2) hard working people get frustrated in political environment and these bengalis just favour their people not work

      No pros to mention about this company.

      Cons

      - Poor HR department. I doubt there is one. The only communication is through emails and phones. Takes days and weeks to get response from HR - No one cares about your well being . Toxic work culture. - If you need visa sponsorship, better do not join the company. I have seen them screwing up many peoples visas. (many had to go back to India) - If you are a contractor getting documents for your visa processing is a hell. It could take months to get it done and no one understands the urgency and severity of the situation.
