      Good campus and no load of work or they have no work.

      Cons

      As a fresher you can be put in any stream even in testing without your interest or desire and you have to pursue the same technology throughout your bond period whether you like it or not.

      Poor management even name of company doesnt make sense Hr policies and pay are very poor no understanding of uk insurance market always out to do cheap cheap former room.employees are highly skilled but under valued.
