Pros

I worked with Coforge for approximately 4.6 years and also completed a 2-year service bond during my tenure. While the organization has a well-maintained campus, my overall experience raised several concerns regarding employee value and workplace practices. The salary increment structure was quite disappointing. After several years with the company, the increment provided was only about 4% on the basic salary, which represents less than half of the total CTC. This made the overall compensation growth feel very limited relative to the time and effort invested. When I resigned from the company, there was a notice period shortfall of around 20 days, and the organization required me to pay the equivalent amount. While such policies may exist, the overall process felt rigid and lacked flexibility or consideration for the employee’s contribution over the years. Another challenge was the work culture within several projects, where internal politics and hierarchy sometimes made collaboration difficult. In some cases, the environment felt unnecessarily bureaucratic, resembling the slow processes often associated with government offices. The office location is also quite remote, making daily commuting difficult since public transportation options are limited. This can create additional inconvenience for employees who rely on public transit. One policy that felt inconsistent was related to leave encashment and deductions: leave payouts were calculated on basic salary, while deductions such as notice period recovery were calculated on the gross salary. This difference can feel unfair from an employee’s perspective. Overall, while the campus infrastructure is good, there are areas where improvements in employee engagement, transparency in policies, and workplace culture could significantly enhance the employee experience.

Cons

Campus only nothing else here is good.
