Almost one year at Coforge has been a great learning journey. As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, I’ve gained hands-on experience, improved my technical skills, and understood real-time project environments. The organization provides supportive teammates, a collaborative culture, and good exposure to client-based work. It has helped me grow both professionally and personally, especially in communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.
