New CRO since 2013, strives to decrease rep turnover by increasing incentives and more manageable goals. Good communication throughout organization. Excellent Sales Support staff. Reimbursable expenses in a timely manner. Great comp plan. Solid business plan and strong differentiators.

Cons

It's the telecommunications industry - it's tough out there. Depending on your region / direct upper management, the job quality varies greatly.
