Very supportive environment. The development group is faced paced with lots of projects which is a fun space to be in. Everyone across the organization is engaged and looking to help, both co-workers and end clients. This extends from hourly assembly workers all the way through the CEO. They also make an effort to keep things fun. What I saw was management supporting employees at all levels. C level employees walk the floor and know the employees “caring associates”. I truly enjoyed my time working there and would recommend Columbia Tech to anyone looking.

Cons

Not many cons, would be nice if they bump number of holidays up to the more standard 10.

Being a part of a caring family oriented company that values and respects all their Caring Associates.

Cons

The company is not perfect (What company is?) But everyone comes to work reaching to be the absolute best they can be. We look forward to coming to work. Associates come to work happy with a positive CAN DO attitude, We respect each other and our opinions are valued and taken into consideration. This creates a fantastic work environment.

There is a great company culture, like a family, that is set from the highest level of company leadership. The Coghlin family and the executive leadership really cares about the people that work here.
