      A great company but with some management issues

      Pros

      Friendly colleagues and the company is doing very well. A lot of fun company events and lunches organized regularly for everyone.

      Cons

      The workload is extreme in some departments and managers do not take feedback on this seriously. Several people have left the organization because of this, yet it is still an issue. Work/life balance and well-being among employees needs to be valued more.

      Office location, assertive management, company culture, mostly american management attitute (that's a positive thing - no micromanaging), occasional travel, market leading products in machine vision

      Cons

      Some departments have german management, that sucks
