      -Nice people and culture -Office space is updated and offers nice amenities like a gym and game rooms -PTO is generous

      Cons

      -Business trending downwards due to questionable decisions from the higher ups -Pay is low, especially for this area and industry…do better -Disorganized at the management levels -Cult feeling with Cognex solute and other lingo -Need more opportunities for growth

      Work with intelligent people and good company culture for the most part. Cafeteria is great in Natick, MA

      Bad Management. Unqualified managers (No Experience In Industry) in leadership roles. Laid off highly experience personnel for unqualified personnel. Changing mgmt ever six months when I was there.
