There is lots to be done and you can own as many things as you want if you ask for them.

Cons

Culture is stifling, people are so over-loaded that no real work with meaningful progress can get done, work life balance is a joke.

- Smart people - Great working relationships with few exceptions - Stable and reputable company

- High turnover - Salaries are not competitive; increasing salaries are used as a retention tool - Inundated with politics - Weird culture to mask company deficiencies like work life balance. - No one wants to do your hand salute.

Some really good people. Especially in Finance. CEO very smart, approachable and keeps the company going.

Cons

Chairman is eccentric to say the least, and makes inappropriate comments about/to females. The HR department is the worst and getting worse everyday.
