      Pros

      Quirky Culture but can be fun if you just play along with outings, social events and especially Halloween. Generally nice and fun people to work with. Lots of challenging work and can be too much if you let it become so. Good vacation policy/allowance, and otherwise competitive benefits.

      Cons

      Not a place to just coast, generally there will be lots of work. The pay can be low, negotiate and get as much starting salary as you can. Older folks might be tenuous with job security.
