      - Smart people - Great working relationships with few exceptions - Stable and reputable company

      - High turnover - Salaries are not competitive; increasing salaries are used as a retention tool - Inundated with politics - Weird culture to mask company deficiencies like work life balance. - No one wants to do your hand salute.

      -Great company culture. -No stress full at all. -Slowly but follows the market regarding salary. -Working on useful things for industry, and society.

      -Sometimes slow response. -In some cases they are too strict rules that can't be changed. (For example: HO)
