      Fantastic products surrounded by very talented people. The brand is second to none in the industry. Amazing organization that truly puts its people first.

      Channel management may be difficult at times but internal competition is good in such a competitive market. Communication between the business unit and sales can improve.

      Cognex is a different and innovative company. Its a mixture of east coast business attitude when dealing with customers, and west coast start up mentality when working as a team and bonding.

      Cons

      Some managers are not great team players. Increasing team size to meet demand can be slow.
