Atmosphere They are extremely flexible There is treats from time to time There is plenty opportunity for overtime The canteen is great. Work hard play hard culture

Cons

Management The performance review is a joke it's more like how likeable you are. You could make more money if you work in another company The team leader is a joke ( shame ) No matter how hard you work, you will never be recognized. Every year the management create some fancy titles to raise up its own salaries but the floor has no chance to participate .
