Great company culture. Things like movie night, $5000 trip after being there for 10 years and higher amounts for 15, 20 and 25 years, Halloween celebration with huge prizes for best costume just to name a few.

Cons

Company is in a big growth mode so with that come the challenges of keeping the smaller startup feel. Currently don't have a work from home option which could make it difficult to attract the younger generation.

Pros

The company pays extreme attention to details about how you feel about your everyday life. Excellent location of the office in the heart of the city. Plenty of places to go to grab lunch. Great equipment, always high-end hardware (DELL), office furniture is from Blue, highest quality you can wish for. Great people, cool atmosphere, MOC (Ministry Of Culture) to make sure the social life amongst "Cognoids" is always busy.

Cons

No real cons, maybe personal preferences for some, but I couldn't mention anything.
