      There really are none I can think of.

      Cognizant is an acquisition company. What they did with TriZetto was to buy them, remove all the female management they could get away with, and then systematically reduce the rest of the American workforce quarter by quarter. They are an absolutely parasitic entity of a company, and not good news for any US based companies they purchase. You will be bought, you will be replaced. They refer to layoffs as being "benched", whereas you have 5 weeks to accept any internal jobs that are offered you. Here is the rub, they offered me only jobs out of state, which I specifically said I cannot take. With that, I exceeded the maximum number of job rejections and they skate on the final week of paying me on a pre-planned technicality. This company is bad news for American workers.

      They seem to have a dislike of keep US citizens in the company Money is more important that customer or employee satisfaction Terrible time off policy and 401k policy for higher salaries Very political - you have to know the right people to get things done
