1) This is one of the best offshore based project services provider 2) They are growing very fast entering into different work places and domains

Cons

1) We will have to chase lot of folks to get administrative things. There is no direct contact for anything in this company. 2) Immigration policies wise, if someone is joining here in USA and looking forward for GreenCard then this is not a good option.

you feel like home when you work in cognizant becoz of all indian guys. U can make lot of friends.

Cons

No Green Card. So new joinees pls be aware of it. Dont waste your time. They say after a year they will process. But once u complete a year, they say that they cant file it. Very less package.
