Pros
Co-workers were bright. Atmosphere (in Scottsdale at least) was casual, friendly and laid back. Shorts accepted, filled snack room, etc. Management treated people fairly and often got to work side by side with them. Felt very empowered Kept us informed of larger developments within the company. Promotions came quickly and lots of praise from management. Genuine concern about the people. Lots of fun group outings. Can work from home or office if you need to.
Cons
Work load was unbalanced. Spent multiple nights each month working past midnight to complete projects due to tight timelines and the interface with India. Couldn't take a vacation because no one else knew my projects or clients. Unpredictability of planning for which nights were going to be rough nights was difficult for me.
