      My Personal problem in CTS

      Pros

      only pro I found in this company is the exposure with the clients and get to work with them most of the time directly.

      Cons

      not a good place to work if you dont land up in a good project because CTS has got more Prod Support projects wherein u get to learn very little and also if a fresher gets into Prod Support proj his dream of doing good things is gone. Very bad management filled with lot of politics and regionalism. Finally company filled with bad managers is detsroying the brand name.

      Pros

      1) Much of the project work with a particular big client can be done remotely so you can work from home. 2) Good work / life balance 3) Good benefits - 401K employer match, dental, vision, medical, etc 4) Good bonus

      Cons

      1) Not much of a culture since it seems everyone works from home! 2) Company's performance was excellent in the prior year yet raises were not substantial at all 3) Project roles can be hit or miss in terms of career growth. You can be stuck in the same role for years. 4) To grow your career, you need to bring in new business. This leads to managers who are not very good "people managers". Lack of career path for those who don't want to do sales 5) HR activities are very disorganized and unstructured 6) Projects are staff augmentation
