      Got a lot to improve

      Pros

      There are few good experienced people. The projects with the scope of development technically and good work culture are found at the branches located at important cities.

      Cons

      Working in the projects in smaller cities do not have any scope of improvement technically and do not help in professional growth. The work done is not properly recognized or rewarded. The time management of the employees is bad. You are expected to work 16 hours a day and during weekends. There are very few development projects in smaller cities.

      Pros

      Professional, good work/life balance, management commitment, customer focus, reasonably clear flow of information to associates, catering to employee's career aspirations, etc.

      Cons

      Nothing in particular. It has some of the commonly cited downsides of working with a large IT services & consulting companies. Like - Needing to stretch working hours on need basis, travel, etc.

      Pros

      Good environment Nice office Managenent is concerned about employee satisfaction. they mentain glamour very good in compareson to other companies, good training facility.

      Cons

      Not at all geting the oppertunity to work in the new technologies. They do not use availavle tools for developement work. and they dont have the updated knowledge as well. There are projects where 90% work is support work. So there is no oppertunity of career growth for a developer as long as he is working in that kind of project. poor transport system for calcutta SEZ area.
