Pros
The work culture! Totally chilled out! The informal way of addressing superiors. The transparent leadership as well as evaluation process. The young people. The way everyone gets together to celebrate any event. The way sprots and other activities are encourage and not just work. The way community service is taken seriously.
Cons
The evaluation of employees is based on the number of years they have worked in the company rather than their true capabilities. Too many mediocre people who cant even speak proper english are hired which is spoiling cognizant's image Lack of opportunities for young and motivated people. Salary is something which everyone complaints about as it is not up to the market standards.
