Pros

Cognizant provides access to best learning platforms, at the same time they grab all your time and you wont feel like using the platform to upskill

Cons

Cognizant AIA’s rigid promotion policy penalizes niche talent. While data science peers at other firms get annual, merit-based advancements and exponential pay hikes, Cognizant AIA forces a mandatory 3-year waiting period. By the time you are eligible for one promotion here, external peers have jumped two levels ahead in title and compensation. For high-demand specialists, Cognizant destroys career momentum by rewarding time served over performance. It is the wrong place to grow your value.
