      Pros

      Benefits are half way decent You get to train your offshore replacements before getting benched.

      Cons

      Everything. Morale is unbareably low since Cognizant take over. They have no idea how to run a product company and clients are dropping left and right due to a HUGE decline in quality of service. You can't just hire 10,000 Indians to throw at a project with no training. Anyone left on shore spends their time fixing whatever off-shore broke the day before. Not to mention an unrealistic work load due to massive layoffs.

      Pros

      Very good company compared to other consulting firms. You should get good project. They have good projects in spread across different states. Good benefits Match 401K after first year upto 50% till 6% Cola amount is good in Bay area. Unlimited sick leave.

      Cons

      Difficult to change project. You need to put good fight. 4 weeks bench time( should be same as other major consulting firms). Don't worry you will get many calls. Work life balance all depends upon the client you are assigned. 2 week PTO its very less. Atl easet 3 weeks is what needed. Slow on GC process (2017 they have completely stopped) check with HR before joining. You bonus & increment appraisal will all depend upon your account & how critical you are in client side.
