      Pros

      Great HQ facilities, unlimited PTO, Plus the satisfaction of knowing the work you do does impact people on a daily basis and is essential to the Healthcare Industry as a whole.

      Cons

      Poor Executive leadership, no accountability for most divisions, inability to keep valued resources which results in loss of knowledge, poor processes.

      Pros

      On the ground 'hands on keyboard' people do their best and care enough about one another to help each other. Despite the revolving door of management and the knee-jerk reactionary direction which changes like the weather in Denver, these people still firmly believe in the potential and promise of the organization to impact healthcare for the better, originally set forth by Jeff Margolis.

      Cons

      There is a complete void of accountability at the mid to upper level management in especially in consulting services. Rather than address this, the organization direction is to make ourselves busy addressing 'process' failures and shortfalls. These very same seeming 'process issues' have been discussed the entire time I've been employed. There have been various 'process studies', 'process improvement' and other initiatives and the very same issues still exist today. Process is not the issue or the 'fix'. Accountability at upper level management is.

      Leadership changes but not the employee career. NO HOPE!!!! Someone out there please acquire TZ and bring hope!!!!!

      Pros

      If you want a job where you can be slow have no career goals or path. This is the perfect company to work.

      Cons

      Worst leadership. Been waiting with a hope since 4 years. Trizetto gives you nothing but higher insurance premium, work tension, lot of employee surveys that don't change anything, new CEO every other year, no hikes even if you wait thinking you'll get one.
