1. They promise GC after 1 year while recruiting and will not file your GC and screw your career and life 2. For the first year after joining, there wont be any updates on GC process from CTS 3. After 1st year when you apply for GC, they say process is being redesigned( redesign has been happening for 1+ years now). They will not give any update on when they will file Perm and which category and all. 4. Worst thing is after 1 year of working , you will be in 6th year of H1 and you cant find another Full time employer willing to sponsor GC

I am an American Citizen. At Cognizant, I was a third-class citizen. The job I performed was not the one I interviewed for. Less that a year after I arrived, all my managers left. The managers who took their places did not communicate. While they responded to my questions, I did not receive any substantive information. There was no way to figure out where I fit in their organization or how I might succeed. More than once I was "set up to fail."
