Pros
There are no longer any "pros" left with this company. You need to take some serious consideration in the mis treatment of your dedicated hard working employees. Many of the reviews refer to the "unlimited" PTO policy. Don't be fooled it's all up to your supervisor and then you will grilled and drilled for every request. It's my "Paid time off" I owe you no explanation as to why I need it.
Cons
•Work environment has died a slow death, moral is desperately low. Literally nearly EVERYONE wants out of this place. •So many lies and so much dishonesty there's no one you can trust anymore. •CEO just "resigned" just more shake up to endure AGAIN.. •Bonus is a joke, even after being told for the last 12 months that we rocked all of our numbers and were way ahead of all projected goals...only to be eligible for 71% at bonus time. Way to treat your employees!!! •Raises do not even meet cost of living average 1-2%, even after achieving all of your goals as expected, again way to treat your employees!!!! •No HR ever available to get answers to some real concerns that employees are dealing with. •Moving location to "save" money only to not re invest into their employees but only to pocket more profits. •Move to environmentally dangerous location that has been suggested to be potentially toxic in addition this move will cause the largest portion of current employees extreme commute times with the long distances but only to "save" $$ so no concern for employees at all. •No value at all for clients, only employees in this company making a decent salary/bonus are in IT which BTW sucks. Something is always broken in our system. •Client services mean nothing to this company and they make that very clear to employees in these positions. •Very little options for advancement unless your one of the "favorites" by the leadership. •No consistently with policies in the office, mostly depends on who your leadership is and since the largest majority of current leadership are between the ages of 25-35 your pretty much dealing with group of wannabes who think being a hard nose is the way to manage your employees. Yes this is another one of the companies of WHO you know not WHAT you know. • I started with the original company Gateway EDI well over 10 years ago, have worked a in variety of positions and departments to give me full knowledge of all of the ins and outs of the business yet at my departure I was making well under the current stating pay for my same position. Way to treat your dedicated knowledgeable employees. My words to all of the current management team existing. Your all a joke.
