      Hard to find something. Maybe location .

      Very outdated technologies Activities in the office in Bucharest are strictly limited to maintenance on a very old code base and installations of products that don't really work well in different places around the world. A highly defective management whose main strategy is push :) Project estimates are made by individuals who have no understanding of what needs to be done, and then the development team is asked to follow these estimates :) Blaming culture - everyone blames everyone else for failures. And here, we're only talking about failures; there are no successes.
