      Pros

      Very flexible working hours (entirely remote \ hybrid \ every day etc. ). In my opinion, Cognyte's analytics platform is very interesting because its integrate a lot of cutting edge solutions which can make you a lot of space to explore and develop professionally. Seems like the work - life balance is pretty good. Professional onboarding, it felt like a company tour with clear schedule during your first day.
