      Pros

      Permanent work from home. Always paid on time.

      Cons

      This company is absolutely awful as far as their processes, the management, documentation, merit raises, lack of personnel, refusal to hire additional employees, communication, and pretty much everything else. Support teams are under staffed. Complaints to management go unresolved. No care or compassion for the customer.

      I enjoy the work I m doing, I like my team, it s always easy to get in touch with my teammates whenever I need to. It's a great advantage that I can work from home. I feel less stressed and more motivated.

      I have nothing to complain about I feel very happy with my position.
