      Good for a fresher maybe to start their career

      Cons

      HRs taking advantange of the Israel war to stop/delay hikes and bonuses. Employees are just on the mercy of weak local Leadership and their pointless decisions. Their policies are made on the fly and you have to accept it no other choice.

      Sodexo coupons Good Insurance cover but cheap local vendor

      Outsourced site for cheap labor So much work on daily basis all 5 days office No salary hike Lower than market standard salaries HR seems to be like came from a local company playing cheap politics especially around appraisal cycle giving dumb reasons. Has no knowledge and never follows policies they made themselves Amdocs crowd is very dumb yet egoistic
