      Pros

      I had the best recruitment experience. The process was accurate, fast, and interesting. I met the hiring manager which was super experienced and kind. I strongly recommend Cognyte as a great company to work for!!

      Management is strangely proactive for employee issues. You get everything that is promissed

      Too much meetings, Some team leaders are political, rather than techincal, which is causing frustration down the line.
